Update on Joe

Joe is 2 1/2 years old. He has his own little personality and is starting to become very independent. He can dress himself and loves to pick out his own clothes. He usually does a really good job matching and he always wants to wear swimming trunks!

His hair is starting to lighten up because he is outside in the sun every day. He says more than 100 words and knows the meaning on them. He knows the colors of green, orange, and blue really well. He knows the ABC song. His favorite songs are The Itsy Bitsy Spider, Row Row Row Your Boat, and Jesus Loves Me. (And of course the Diego and Dora theme songs!)
He can count to six in spanish (Thank you Dora and Diego for that one!) He can count to 20 in English. He speaks in sentences now. If you tell him something, he remembers it really well and will say it over and over and over...!

He knows daddy is in the coast guard and works on a boat. He knows his dad's name is Bob. He knows his mommy is a housewife and her name is Maia. He knows when daddy is gone, he is paying the bills.(Thank you, Bob, for teaching him that one before you left today!) He knows his name is Joe Nendza and he is 2 years old and he lives in Key West.

He is as tall as 3 or 4 year olds yet he seems so small when he is cuddled up next to you. He is still such a joy to our lives and we are so thankful we were blessed with such a well mannered, kind at heart boy!
